- In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, thoroughly combine the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, orange syrup powder and salt.
- Fold in one cup of the Cool whip.
- Pour into crust and cover with remaining Cool Whip.
- Place in the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
