Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 14.0-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 tbsp. beefsteak tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp. green onions, sliced
- Crackers, Vegetable Dippers or Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Using a 9-inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish, mix all ingredients, except tomatoes and onions.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
