Key West Crab Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. blackening seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup crushed, chopped parsley
  • 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2-pounds crab meat
  • All-purpose flour
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Use your hands to make into 4-ounce patties
  • Place flour in a shallow dish.
  • Coat each crab cake with flour.
  • Fry, in 1 inch of oil, until golden brown.
