Ooey-Gooey Cream Cheese Corn Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 18-ounce bag frozen sweet corn, thawed
  • Diced pickled jalapeños, to taste
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium pot, over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter.
  • Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add salt, pepper, corn and diced pickled jalapeños to the mixture; stir to thoroughly combine.
  • Pour the corn mixture into an 8-inch x 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dish is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasoning and jalapeños according to your taste preferences.
