
Ooey-Gooey Cream Cheese Corn Bake
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
- 4 tbsp. butter
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 18-ounce bag frozen sweet corn, thawed
- Diced pickled jalapeños, to taste
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium pot, over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter.
- Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, corn and diced pickled jalapeños to the mixture; stir to thoroughly combine.
- Pour the corn mixture into an 8-inch x 8-inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dish is golden and bubbly.
