Ooey-Gooey Cream Cheese Corn Bake

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
4 tbsp. butter
⅓ cup whole milk
½ tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 18-ounce bag frozen sweet corn, thawed
Diced pickled jalapeños, to taste
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium pot, over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter.
Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
Add salt, pepper, corn and diced pickled jalapeños to the mixture; stir to thoroughly combine.
Pour the corn mixture into an 8-inch x 8-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dish is golden and bubbly.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the seasoning and jalapeños according to your taste preferences.
