Parmesan Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 8-ounces green beans, ends trimmed
- Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, place green beans, enough oil to coat beans, pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mix until everything is covered.
- On a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, lay green beans, and sprinkle a healthy amount of cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until green beans are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
