Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 8-ounces green beans, ends trimmed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, place green beans, enough oil to coat beans, pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Mix until everything is covered.
  • On a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, lay green beans, and sprinkle a healthy amount of cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until green beans are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
