
Raspberry Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 sleeves round butter crackers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the grated sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, chopped green onion, salt and pepper.
- Using a 9-inch x 9-inch baking pan or 9-inch pie pan, spread the above mixture in an even layer,
- Spread the 2 cups of raspberry preserves over the top of the cheese mixture in an even layer.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with round butter crackers.
