In a small bowl, add all of the marinade ingredients; mix well to combine.
Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag; add the marinade to the bag.
For the next 30 minutes, at room temperature (recommended to ensure the chops are not cold when they are placed on a hot grill which may cause the chops to dry out); turn the chops occasionally while in the marinade.
Start the grill and set to a medium heat; grill until fully cooked.
Grill on a medium high temperature until fully cooked.
Brush remaining marinade over the pork chops as they grill.
Continue to grill until the internal temperature of the pork chops reach 150°F to 160°F on a meat thermometer.
