Sliced Baked Potato Slices
Ingredients
- Baking potatoes, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Green onions, sliced
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.
- When potatoes are ready, remove from oven, top with crumbled bacon, cheese and green onion.
- Return to oven and continue baking until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and add a dollop of sour cream just before serving.
Notes
You can also poke holes in the potatoes and microwave them for six minutes instead of baking.
