Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly coat an 8-inch square, or other suitable baking dish, with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together pineapple chunks, pineapple tidbits, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, and lime juice; fold in cheese.
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together crushed crackers and melted butter.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture in baking dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes, covering with aluminum foil after 25 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
Let stand 10 minutes; serve.
