In a medium saucepan, fill half full with ice and water; set aside.
In another medium saucepan, bring salted water to a boil.
Cook green beans in boiling water for one minute.
Drain and plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
Drain well and blot dry with paper towels
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
Sauté beans, bell pepper and onion for 3 – 5 minutes or until blistered.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, soy sauce and crushed red pepper.
Remove beans from heat and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Add soy sauce mixture and stir to coat.
