Toasted Hot Dog Roll-Ups
Ingredients
For the Hot Dogs:
- 8 hot dogs, pre-cooked
- 8 crescent rolls
- 4 slices American cheese
For the Garlic Butter:
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Spritz a baking sheet with a little cooking spray.
To prepare the garlic butter:
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the garlic; set aside.
To prepare the hot dog roll-ups:
- Separate the crescent dough into triangles.
- Cut the cheese slices in half; place each half onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Place a hot dog onto the wide end of each crescent dough triangle; roll up towards the small end.
- Repeat with the remaining crescent dough triangles and hot dogs.
- Lay them all on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the crescent roll hot dogs with the garlic butter.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
