Pre-heat the oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
Tightly arrange chips on the sheets cup side up.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, corn, green chiles, Rotel, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in each of the tostito cups.
Sprinkle tops with parmesan cheese.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 13 – 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown and cheese is bubbling.
May be served right out of the oven or baked ahead of time and allowed to cool.
