Two Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
- One 15-ounce box of spice cake mix, any brand
- One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- One cup water
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together and spoon into a muffin tray lined with paper muffin liners.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Please note, these muffins do take a little longer to bake than other muffins – this is because of the water added to the batter.
