White Remoulade Sauce
Remoulade sauce is a popular condiment or dipping sauce, usually paired with shrimp, crab, cold meats and fried foods.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup scallions, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup good-quality real mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix to combine.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours to allow the flavors to develop before serving.
