WW Make-Ahead Bean Salad
Serves 6 with zero WW points per serving.
- 1 15.0-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 15.0-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15.0-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced and chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ cup pickle chips, chopped
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. pickle juice
- 2 tbsp. distlled white vinegar
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
