Amish Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3 eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
  • 4 green onions, including green tops, thinly sliced
  • 1 rib celery, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. sweet and spicy pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Bread, rolls or croissants, your choice
  • Smoked paprika, to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Cover and chill until ready to use.
  • Pile generously onto your favorite bread, rolls, or croissants, and garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
