Amish Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 cans tuna, drained
3 eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
4 green onions, including green tops, thinly sliced
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sweet and spicy pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread, rolls or croissants, your choice
Smoked paprika, to garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Cover and chill until ready to use.
Pile generously onto your favorite bread, rolls, or croissants, and garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
