Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey and vanilla extract; mix well until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful so they do not break.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Place in the pre-heated and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
