In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, pecans and dried cranberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
If not serving immediatley, place in an air tight container and refrigerate for a few hours until ready to serve.
