Buffalo Hummus Stuffed Sweet Pepper Poppers

Ingredients
10-ounces plain hummus
1/4 cup gluten-free buffalo wing sauce
2 large green onions, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Pinch cayenne pepper
1-pound mini sweet peppers
Instructions
Add hummus and buffalo wing sauce to a bowl; mix until well combined.
Add green onions, feta cheese, and cayenne pepper; mix to combine.
Scoop mixture into a large Ziploc bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
With a small sharp knife, slice the tops off the mini peppers; remove seeds and/or membranes inside peppers.
Snip the corner off the bag with the buffalo hummus; fill the mini peppers and serve.
Notes
Hummus can be made ahead of time, but wait to fill peppers until just before serving.
