Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour into the pre-made pie crust.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown on top; test with a cake tester, or a toothpick, to ensure the pie is totally cooked.
Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack and allow to cool before serving.
