Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients
8 ounces Catalina salad dressing
1 package dry onion
soup mix
1 14-ounce can whole berry cranberry
sauce
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Cooked rice, mashed potatoes or noodles, optional.
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the dressing, onion soup and cranberry sauce.
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Place chicken in a greased baking dish and pour the dressing mixture over the top.
Place in the pre-heated oven, uncovered, and bake for 1 hour or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve over cooked rice, mashed potatoes or noodles, optional.
Notes
Add chopped onions or bell peppers to the sauce for extra flavor.
Serve with steamed vegetables or a side salad for a well-rounded meal.
