In a skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; remove from stove and place on a paper towel so the grease can be absorbed.
Reserve 1 tbsp. drippings.
Once bacon has cooled, chop/tear into small pieces
Heat reserved drippings, bacon and garlic over low heat for 1 minute.
Stir in salad dressing and milk.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
Remove from stove and pour, while warm, over lettuce or spinach.
