Crock Pot Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 14-ounce cans sauerkraut, undrained
5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 cup water
1-pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 bay leaf
ΒΌ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Place sauerkraut and potatoes in the crock pot.
Add spices and water.
Place sausage on top.
Cook for 6 hours, on low, or until the potatoes are done.
