Slice crusts off bread and roll flat with a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, and nutmeg.
Slather cinnamon mixture on bread and roll up tightly.
Dunk roll-ups in egg mixture.
In a nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt butter.
Add roll-ups and cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
Dip in maple syrup.
