Frozen Chocolate Raspberry Ripple

Ingredients
  

  • ⅔ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp. monk fruit extract
  • Dash sea salt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ⅓ cup frozen raspberries

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt the oil.
  • Add the cacao powder, monk fruit extract and sea salt; mix until well-combined and smooth; remove from the heat.
  • Arrange the berries and coconut flakes on a freezer proof dinner plate or glass pie dish.
  • Pour the chocolate coconut oil mixture over the top; place in the freezer.
  • When firm, remove from the freezer and break into shards or cut into wedges.
