Herb Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients
8 cups day old baguette, cut in small cubes
4 tbsp. summer savoury
1 tsp. ground sage
½ tsp. ground thyme
½ tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup butter
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup almonds, chopped and toasted
Instructions
Sauté the onions and garlic in the butter, over low heat, until the onions are tender.
Toss well with all the remaining ingredients.
Use as a stuffing for poultry or cook in a covered casserole dish at 250°F for about 30 to 45 minutes.
