Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 package cream cheese
3 fresh jalapenos, sliced
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Chop the jalapeños into small slices.
Clean out the seeds.
Fry the bacon; drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
Or you can cut it up first into small pieces about 1 - 2 inches in length then fry it.
Roll out the dough.
Take one of the crescent rolls and layer a dollop of cream cheese, a piece or two of jalapeño, and bacon.
Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
Brush with melted butter and bake 14 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can also cut your crescent rolls in half which will give you 16 smaller poppers.
