Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Start by spraying the muffin pans.
Fill each muffin tin half way with shredded cheese.
Top the cheese with a dill pickle.
Sprinkle each pickle with seasoned salt and onion powder.
Top with additional shredded cheese and press down firmly.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Serve warm with dipping sauce.
