Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Cut a thin strip out of the middle of the rolls; do not cut all the way through; leave around ¼-inch bread intact.
Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning.
Brush the mixture on top of rolls.
Place the rolls in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
While rolls are toasting, using a medum bowl, mix cooked lobster with the remaining 2 tbsp. melted butter, garlic powder and lemon juice; mix to combine.
Remove rolls from the oven, fill with lobster; top mini-lobster rolls with fresh chives.
