Low Sugar Icing for Diabetics

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 cup sugar free Cool Whip
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, using an electric beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract; continue beating until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip; stir until thoroughly combined.
  • If using a piping bag, chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes prior to using.
