Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl. mix eggs and milk.
Cut each biscuit into fours and add it to the bowl.
Preferably, this should be done before cooking the bacon or cutting up the scallions; gives the biscuits some time to really soak in the eggs.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Mix thoroughly and pour into your pan.
Bake 25 minutes until firm and totally set.
