Ingredients
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 2.8-ounce bag of bacon bits
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
3 packages phyllo pastry cups, thawed
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
Scoop evenly into the cups.
Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
The bacon bits can be substituted for ½ cup cooked bacon which has been cooled and then crumbled.
