Takeout-Style Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
For the Noodles:
8 ounces medium egg noodles
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp. premium dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed or garlic puree
½ tbsp. ginger puree
1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
For the Garnish:
2 spring onions, chopped (see note)
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Slices of red chili
Roasted peanuts, chopped, optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, excluding noodles.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Add the drained noodles, to a wok, and mix in the contents of the bowl; ensure the noodles are fully covered.
Serve up garnished with slices of spring onions, chili and sesame seeds.
Optionally, add some chopped roasted peanuts as further garnish, if you like.
Notes
Substitutes for spring onions: shallots, red onions, or green onions.
