Turkey Oklahoma Casserole

Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup celery, trimmed and chopped
1 cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped
Turkey pieces, cooked, cut into small cubes
2 10.75-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans milk
1 15-ounce can sweet peas, drained
2 cans Pillsbury biscuits
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté celery and onion until tender.
Add turkey, soup and milk; heat on medium-high until heated through.
Add sweet peas to mixture.
Pour entire mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish,
Cover with biscuit dough and place in oven.
Refer to cooking directions, on biscuits package, for approximate baking time; however, leave in the oven until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
Great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas.
