Brie-On-Bread
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 Brie wheel, sliced
- Garlic infused olive oil
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat broiler to high heat.
- Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices.
- Brush baguette slices with a bit of fresh garlic-infused olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Place sliced brie on bread pieces.
- Arrange on baking sheet.
- Place under pre-heater broiler until cheese just bubbles and things start browning; don't cook too long or brie will be unrecognizable.
