Pre-heat broiler to high heat.
Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices.
Brush baguette slices with a bit of fresh garlic-infused olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Place sliced brie on bread pieces.
Arrange on baking sheet.
Place under pre-heater broiler until cheese just bubbles and things start browning; don't cook too long or brie will be unrecognizable.
