Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 Brie wheel, sliced
  • Garlic infused olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat broiler to high heat.
  • Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Brush baguette slices with a bit of fresh garlic-infused olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Place sliced brie on bread pieces.
  • Arrange on baking sheet.
  • Place under pre-heater broiler until cheese just bubbles and things start browning; don't cook too long or brie will be unrecognizable.
