- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt the oil.
- Add the cacao powder, monk fruit extract and sea salt; mix until well-combined and smooth; remove from the heat.
- Arrange the berries and coconut flakes on a freezer proof dinner plate or glass pie dish.
- Pour the chocolate coconut oil mixture over the top; place in the freezer.
- When firm, remove from the freezer and break into shards or cut into wedges.
