Pork Chops Supreme

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a saucepan, heat ¼ cup of oil and brown the pork chops; when done, drain off fat.
  • In a medium casserole dish, arrange the potato slices evenly and then add a layer of pork chops.
  • In a bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Pour over the casserole to cover.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
