Mississippi Sin Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 16-ounces reduced fat sour cream
  • 8-ounces light onion and chive cream cheese
  • 2 cups fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup extra-lean ham, diced
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 1 loaf round or oval bread, cleaned out to use as a bowl
  • Reduced fat wheat thins

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, place sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced ham, garlic powder and dried onion flakes.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well blended. 
  • Place all ingredients in bowl cavity.
  • Sprinkle green onions on top of dip.
  • Wrap bread in aluminum foil.
  • Bake in oven for 1 hour.
  • Serve with the insides of the bread bowl, cut into bite size pieces, and reduced fat wheat thins.
