Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, place sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced ham, garlic powder and dried onion flakes.
Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
Place all ingredients in bowl cavity.
Sprinkle green onions on top of dip.
Wrap bread in aluminum foil.
Bake in oven for 1 hour.
Serve with the insides of the bread bowl, cut into bite size pieces, and reduced fat wheat thins.
