Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
- 1 – 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or as desired
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 – 3 tbsp. prepared horseradish, or more
- 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 – 2 cloves garlic, crushed if desired
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
- Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
The horseradish used in this recipe is the refrigerated fresh-grated horseradish, not the creamy-style found in the condiment section of the grocer.
