Bacon and Egg Croissant Boats
Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, pre-cooked
- 3 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Cut and scoop out the insides of the croissant; i.e., make an oblong bowl inside the croissant.
- In a small bowl. place the eggs and milk; whisk until combined.
- Add cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Spoon mixture into the croissant boats.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
