Bacon and Egg Croissant Boats

Ingredients
  

  • 4 croissants
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, pre-cooked
  • 3 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut and scoop out the insides of the croissant; i.e., make an oblong bowl inside the croissant.
  • In a small bowl. place the eggs and milk; whisk until combined.
  • Add cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into the croissant boats.
  • Place in oven and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
