Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2-pounds potatoes
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic granules
  • 1 tsp. onion granules
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Potatoes can be roasted with or without skins; your preference.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
  • Season the potatoes with Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic granules, onion powder, olive oil, salt and pepper; mix to combine so the potatoes are well coated.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil; it is not required to pre-heat the air fryer but do so if desired.
  • Add the seasoned cubed potatoes to the air fryer; roast at 400°F for 10 minutes; remove the basket and flip the potatoes; return to air fryer and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Notes

Feel free to spray the potatoes with more cooking oil after 10 minutes; only do this if the potatoes look dry.
Cooking time may vary according to the size and wattage of the air fryer.
