Air Roasted Baby Carrots with Honey
Ingredients
- 16-ounces baby carrots
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- A sprinkle of salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1-½ tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. parsley, dill or basil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss cleaned carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pre-heat the air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F.
- Arrange carrots in an even layer in the air fryer rack or basket.
- Roast carrots for about 15 minutes or until browned and the desired tenderness has been reached.
- They do not have to be flipped.
- Remove from air fryer when roased; set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, honey and fresh herbs.
- Toss the carrots with the butter mixture and sprinkle on extra herbs and/or salt and pepper, if desired.
Notes
Use regular large size carrots, if desired, but cut into even chunks that are 1 to 2 inches in length.
