Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Spray a large baking dish with non-stick cooking oil.
Cook the pasta, in a large pot, as per package instructions.
Meanwhile, using a medium skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion until soft.
Add the ground beef and continue to cook until done.
As soon as the pasta is done, drain and return to the pot.
Add the cooked meat, tomato and mushroom soups and milk to the pasta; stir thoroughly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake 25 – 30 minutes.
