Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into individual portion sizes before marinating.
Pour all marinade ingredients into a large, double sealed zip-lock bag; shake to mix well.
Add the salmon to the bag; allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
When ready to cook, turn the oven on broil; line a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Place salmon on the baking sheet and place on the middle rack of the oven.
Broil 10 – 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
